Service Description
Join this one hour session of time to listen, heal and relax. Practicing meditation deepens your connection to yourself. Regular meditation changes the brains frequencies allowing you to open your mind to all the possibilities that is available to you. It is time for you to be present, be guided and feel safe.

Cancellation Policy
In the case of needing to cancel your booking, event or workshop please advice 24hrs prior. If you have already paid for the service there is a no refund policy, however credit maybe available depending on reason for cancelation. If you have not yet paid you will be invoiced a 50% charge for the service.
